Announcement - Online Counselling is available now
I have counselling appointments that are available via a secure video platform and can see you whilst you are at home or in person at my private practice near Carnforth, Lancashire. Or I also offer "walk and talk" therapy, which allows us to spend time outdoors whilst we chat.
I can also conduct your counselling session by telephone too. Please do contact me, I do not want to see anyone without vital support during difficult times.

Counselling Minds is a Private Counselling Practice, providing affordable counselling for Children, Teenagers, Adults, Couples & Families.
Based in the North West of England, near to Lancaster, Carnforth, Morecambe & Heysham, I offer Person-Centred Counselling, with a personable, confidential, down to earth approach that makes counselling accessible for everyone.
Counselling can often seem daunting to access and I believe in being real, approachable and bringing counselling into this new decade.
